Whole Wheat Banana Protein Pancakes

The first time I made these I used 1 tbsp agave syrup instead of coconut sugar. The ones with agave syrup browned really quickly and had to be cooked on low heat. You can use half white flour and half whole wheat flour if you prefer.

Whole Wheat Banana Protein Pancakes
yield: 20 pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup 1% milk
1 egg
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp baking powder
4 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation:

Preheat griddle to 325-350 degrees F.

Mash bananas and combine with other ingredients.Mix well, but don't over mix or the batter will become a little tougher. You want all ingredients just combined.
