Toasted Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
2/3 cup shredded coconut
8 oz light cream cheese
1/4 cup agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread coconut on a lined baking sheet, bake for approximately 8 minutes, or until coconut is starting to brown.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add coconut when done, mix well. Add to whichever dessert you choose to use it on.
*Note* When I made carrot cake soon I will be making an orange version of this frosting for it.
