Chocolate Pudding Parfait

Chocolate Pudding Parfait

Serves 7-8

Step One:

Make a double batch of regular (not cinnamon) Egg-less Chocolate Pudding

Step Two:
Melt 1 100g bar orange flavoured dark chocolate and add it to 1 500g container plain Greek yogurt. Mix well.

I used Kirkland Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt for this.

I used 1 bar of Lindt Intense Orange Dark Chocolate

Step Three:

Prepare whipped cream (use approximately 500mL heavy cream.

Step Four:

Thaw a bag of frozen raspberries, I used Europe's Best, they happened to be on sale for the same price as the no name brand.

Step 5:

Assemble

Top Layer

Shaved chocolate
Whipped cream
Chocolate pudding
Raspberries
Greek yogurt mixture
Chocolate pudding

Bottom Layer

Serve and enjoy!
