Italian Style Omelet

This omelet is all cooked in one pan over a low heat. This does cause one side to be a litter dark as it cannot be easily flipped. If done as 2 omelets, it can be flipped. This was just me being lazy and wanting to get breakfast for 3 people done quickly.
