Garlic Butter

Here is a simple recipe for homemade garlic butter that can be used in many ways.

If using the garlic butter for sauteing mushrooms, onions, etc., it is best to leave out the cheese.

Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter, room temperature
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp chopped parsely
1 tbsp finely grated parmesan, romano, or asiago cheeses (optional)

Preparation:

Combine ingredients, and mix well.

It can be mixed with a hand mixer when making larger batches for a whipped garlic butter.
