A Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookie (No eggs/butter)

As promised, here is a healthier cookie recipe. These cookies are yummy, they taste just like mini pieces of banana bread. And with the lack of eggs in this recipe there is no need to worry about under baking them! Enjoy!

Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookie

Yield: 4 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

3 mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup almonds, sliced
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut sugar

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mash bananas, add coconut sugar and cream together. Add applesauce, vanilla, and protein powder. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. Scoop onto lined baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes. Dough will be a little sticky.
